Smooth and welcoming check-in process. There's onsite parking available, and if you need it, there's a shuttle service to the airport 🚌. Its location near Galerias Boulevard is absolutely fantastic!

The place was clean with a really helpful staff. Really enjoyed climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing table in the room. The location was favourable, at a medium distance from Cana Hueca Park.

The hotel provides a large and excellent breakfast. The staff are great and polite.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool with seating and provided complimentary coffee in the room. Its location was convenient and close to a supermarket, buses to explore the city and a restaurant. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The internet was slow and not reliable. The room had a musty smell and the air conditioning unit was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.

The staff at Holiday Inn went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a late check-in and they were still available to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The pool area was beautiful and provided a relaxing oasis. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Staying at the Holiday Inn in Tuxtla was a great experience. The amenities were impeccable and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. The local bar, Chipi Chipi, was amazing with talented musicians every night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially our waiter Federico at Los Helechos restaurant who even gave us free coupon drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of a mall and Chedraui, and near the main avenue where all the restaurants are in Tuxtla. The pool was also awesome, providing a great way to relax during our stay.

Comfortable and Convenient

At the Holiday Inn, I had a king bed, a pool view, and a steaming hot shower. The in-room coffee maker was a nice touch. The bilingual staff arranged my wake-up call and the free airport shuttle. The only downside was the lack of a bathtub in my room and some noise from the nearby night club. I had a comfortable and convenient stay at this oasis. I would recommend this hotel to others.
